About Carl
Carl has been involved in health and fitness many years. Graduating with a Sports Science degree in 1993 he took on an active role in helping people to achieve their personal fitness goals through goal setting, fitness testing and one-to-one training. In 1998 he moved to London to further his studies. Graduating in 2001 with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy he worked within the NHS and developed a broad knowledge base from a variety of disciplines including musculoskeletal injuries (peripheral & spinal), neurology, orthopaedics and respiratory. Additional training has since been completed in acupuncture, Pilates and soft tissue manipulation. In 2002 he also graduated from the London College of Massage as a practitioner in therapeutic massage. He also works in the corporate sector and specialises in occupational health issues. Carl completed his first triathlon in 2002 and then went on to complete a half ironman the year later, hoping eventually to complete a full ironman. Through personal assessment, diagnosis and goal setting his dynamic approach has helped people to realise their physical potential and achievements.
